Our client is a remote-first education company built on a simple belief: real learning comes from clear thinking — not shortcuts, gimmicks, or memorization.
What began as high-touch, one-on-one instruction has evolved into a digital learning platform with a flagship product already live. The company is now entering its next phase: expanding into multiple courses, shared infrastructure, and parallel product development — all while maintaining a high bar for quality, clarity, and outcomes.
They’re a small, lean team that values strong reasoning, thoughtful writing, and true ownership. As the product ecosystem grows, they’re investing intentionally in scalable systems, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to support growth without chaos.
As the Technical Project Manager, you’ll own the systems that turn product ideas into shipped releases — clearly, predictably, and at scale.
Today, work moves forward, but without a single source of truth for roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, or delivery health. This role exists to change that.
You’ll design and operate the delivery infrastructure that connects product strategy to execution. That includes ensuring work is well-defined before development begins, priorities are explicit, progress is visible without constant meetings, and teams can move faster using smart systems and automation.
This is a builder role, not a status-meeting role.
