Responsibilities
The Opportunity
- Communication & Capabilities Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Talent Management Operations team by designing and implementing global communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and enable consistent capability development across markets.
- This position collaborates with global and regional stakeholders to ensure that messages, visuals, and initiatives are aligned with the company’s talent strategy and brand identity.
- The role requires strong creativity, communication skills, and a digital mindset to manage visual assets and communication tools effectively.
Your Impact
- Design and execute internal communication strategies to support Talent Management initiatives and global capability programs.
- Develop engaging content (presentations, newsletters, infographics, visuals) for internal audiences across LATAM and global markets.
- Partner with Global TM teams, HRBPs, and COEs to ensure communication materials are consistent, timely, and aligned with global priorities.
- Manage and maintain digital platforms (e.g., Canvas, SharePoint, internal portals) to ensure accessibility and effectiveness of TM communications.
- Leverage design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to produce high‑quality materials that support TM initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of capability‑building campaigns.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in corporate communications, HR, learning & development or talent management within a multinational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required) and Spanish or Portuguese (preferred).
- Proven experience designing communication materials using Canva, Photoshop, or other design platforms desired.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working with global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
