Role Summary
The role of the TA Specialist will be responsible for identifying , attracting, and hiring top talent to support NSC’s company’s growth and success. Partnering with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
This is a key role that requires a proactive and results driven approach representing NSC both internally and externally at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full life cycle recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen CVs , conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the NSC
- Ensure best practice is followed and provide an engaging candidate journey
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utili s e applicant tracking systems - ICIMS and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture and values through recruitment marketing.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment programs.
- Generate data reports on key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights to hiring managers to improve recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability using data insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all recruitment reporting and ICIMS
- Create and present monthly and quarterly recruitment dashboards for your busine s s areas
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or proven recruitment experience (preference will be given to candidates with experience working on EUC and corporate vacancies)
- Experience recruiting in North and South America (preference will be given to candidates with global recruitment experience)
- The ideal candidate will have experience of both Agency and In-House recruitment preferably gained in a professional services / IT environment.
- Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies ( e.g. web & social media sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
- Experience managing candidates through the full end to end recruitment process
- Experience of behavioural / competency-based interviewing
- Experience in the use of recruitment databases, knowledge of Icims would be advantageous
- Experience and interest in Social Media Recruitment and usage of new technologies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel
- Awareness of employment legislation
- Ability to work to and meet demanding and deadlines
