The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and expertise in payroll and talent management. This role emphasizes fostering a positive work culture while managing recruitment and onboarding. The offered monthly salary ranges between $30,000 - $35,000 MXN before taxes, along with law benefits from day one and additional perks.

Formación

  • 2+ years proven experience in an HR Generalist role with core HR function understanding.
  • Deep knowledge of Mexican Labor Law is essential to ensure compliance.
  • Experience in a BPO or Call Center environment is a plus.
