Formación

As our next Sr Allocator, you will ensure the accurate distribution and allocation of inventory to brick‑and‑mortar stores and digital channels, maximizing sales and profitability while minimizing stockouts while monitoring store capacities and analyzing historical data, sales trends, and demand forecasts to support timely replenishment of products.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and product availability in stores and distribution centers to ensure optimal assortment.

  • Use analytical tools (Power BI, Impact Analytics, Excel) to identify opportunities for improvement in product distribution.

  • Participate in assortment planning meetings and collection launches.

  • Identify and propose process improvements in allocation through data analysis and KPI monitoring.

  • Generate weekly performance reports by store, SKU, and size.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within fashion retail or consumer goods.

  • Proven experience in data analysis and inventory assortment management.

  • Experience in companies with a large number of sales points or e-commerce is desirable.

  • Previous experience leading small teams (at least 2 direct reports).

  • Have actively collaborated in projects.
