Elektra Go is seeking a bilingual Social Media Manager & Content Creator responsible for managing social media strategy, producing content, developing content calendars and supporting marketing initiatives across all channels. This is a performance-driven role within a fast-paced, agile, start-up environment, where social content and influencer execution must directly contribute to tangible business outcomes. This role owns our influencer program execution and acts as a hybrid content strategist, creator, writer and social media operator. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, thrives in a lean organization, moves quickly, adapts to shifting priorities, and understands how to build content that not only resonates culturally with the U.

Develop and manage social media strategy, content calendars and creative execution across all platforms

Produce bilingual photo, video and written content that drives awareness, engagement, installs, sign ups and transactions

Own and manage the influencer and GoPromoters programs end to end, including relationships, deliverables, content quality and performance reporting

Lead all day-to-day community management including responding to comments and messages, protecting brand reputation and escalating issues appropriately

Write and develop multi-channel content including blogs, emails, push notifications, SMS, PR materials, thought leadership articles and in-app messaging

Manage the unified content calendar across social, lifecycle communications, blogs, PR and engagement campaigns

Track, analyze and report on content and influencer performance to inform strategy and improve outcomes

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative and operations teams to support campaign execution and ensure aligned messaging across channels

Content Creation Social Media & Other Channels

Write SEO-optimized blog content that supports acquisition, education and organic visibility

Write performance-driven email, push, SMS and in-app copy for both acquisition and engagement communications

Create bilingual social media copy for posts, captions, scripts and short-form storytelling aligned to performance goals

Develop social-specific creative briefs for content, campaigns and influencer deliverables

Produce and refine social content that aligns with cultural relevance for U.

Write and support internal communications and public relations materials including press releases and thought leadership articles

Manage the unified content calendar across social, email, push, SMS, blogs, PR, campaigns and in-app messaging

Ensure consistency across all social channels by adhering to brand, voice, tone and compliance guidelines

Work with the Creative Manager to establish social media style guides, community management guidelines and response frameworks

Continuously optimize social messaging based on performance insights, audience behavior and platform trends

Influencers Ownership

Own the influencer program operationally and tactically, including business case development and oversight

Manage day to day influencer and content creator (UGC) relationships

Define deliverables and manage timelines for all influencer and creator partners

Coordinate asset delivery, approvals and content quality with project management and other stakeholders

Monitor and interpret performance of assets to make real-time decisions

Develop consistent performance reports that include actionable insights and key performance indicators working with the analytics team

Recommend new creators, niches and content styles based on performance insights

Monitor performance against projections to adjust approach accordingly

Coordinate with Marketing Operations to ensure timely communication deliveries of organic content

Collaborate with design, creative and product teams for content needs

Identify risks, timing gaps or content delays proactively

Support campaign execution with aligned social, organic and / or campaign messaging across all channels

Serve as secondary backup for marketing operations to build and send communications from various in-house platforms

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of social media experience with a proven track record of channel growth tied to business performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish with strong storytelling skills in both languages
  • Expertise across mainstream and emerging social media platforms, with a personal social presence
  • Experience producing social content for consumer brands including copywriting, design and video production
  • Experience managing influencer programs (micro and macro) and content creator workflows
  • Experience writing performance-driven content for blogs, PR, lifecycle messaging or multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong mobile-first video editing and design skills
  • Highly creative, detail oriented, organized, proactive and able to operate autonomously in a digital environment
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer apps, financial services and / or fintech
  • Deep understanding of content performance, engagement levers and conversion-centric storytelling
  • Able to operate as a hybrid strategist–creator–copywriter–social operator
  • Skilled in using project management tools and maintaining organized workflows
  • Hispanic consumer behavior, cultural nuances and communication styles including audience behaviors, trends and platforms
  • Data-informed, capable of translating insights into content and strategy improvements
