You will lead technical workshops, develop workflows, and collaborate with clients across various industries. Ideal candidates have over 4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and a strong understanding of ITSM processes. Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Proven field consulting experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD or FSM.
• Experience with authentication methods like SSO and SAML.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver hands-on configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules.
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions with clients.
• Develop and implement workflows and automation.

Conocimientos

ITSM knowledge

Field consulting experience
