About the role

The Sales Specialist role is one of the fastest-growing positions in sales and is crucial for the company to grow.

Our sales specialists engage with prospects to uncover business needs and present Express as a solution to them.

Responsibilities
  • Convert a high volume of outbound leads into customers using our sales methodology
  • Cold calling leads
  • Ability to manage upwards of leads per day
  • Identify customer needs in order to bring products and services closer to those needs
  • Demonstrate the value of Express to their business, and generate interest
  • Perform effective online demos
  • Close deals
  • Maintain a pipeline of up to 4 sales per month
  • Work with our customer success team to initiate a smooth onboarding of the customer
Requirements
  • Native / near Native English spoken and written is a must
  • Knowledge or experience using CRM, Gmail, and Google tools
  • At least 2 years of previous experience as a sales or sales development representative
  • Desire to learn and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment
  • Startup experience is a plus
