Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
• 3–5 years of experience in R&D in the food or beverage industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to lead technical initiatives.

• Lead formula development projects from bench-top to commercialization.
• Document and maintain bench-top value engineering projects.
• Manage product development timelines for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate pilot plant trials and troubleshoot technical issues.
