A leading global technology company in Querétaro seeks a Quality Manager to manage customer complaints and interface with quality teams. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have familiarity with AIAG Core Tools and Six Sigma. Responsibilities include leading the MCU Quality team, ensuring the implementation of SPC strategies, and managing the quality management system at the plant. English fluency is required for this role.
Be the customer interface and internal pilot for any claim alert or other concern for MCU (0km and warranty), and manage customer complaints issuance and organize response to the customer and internally using defined PDCA methodology respecting customer lead times.
Bachelor degree at minimum in engineering background. Additional credits in Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry are desirable.
