A leading automotive manufacturer based in Mexico City is looking for a legal expert to support labor relations and human resources. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in law, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a unionized environment, and advanced English skills. The successful candidate will advise on labor matters, support legal fee recovery, and work on CBA negotiations. The company is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within a Unionized International Company.
• Ability to support on day-to-day labor matters and special projects.
• Experience in following up with external law firms on labor litigations.

Responsabilidades

• Advise all sites on labor relations and human resources areas.
• Support HR and LR teams on matters related to unionized situations and CBA negotiations.
• Calculate estimated legal fees for labor litigations.
