A consulting firm focused on security services in Mexico is seeking a highly motivated professional to manage executive protection services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in protective services and strong administrative skills, working closely with clients and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include client engagement, project management, and leading recruitment efforts for consultants. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.

Formación

• At least 5 years experience in delivery of protective services.
• At least 2 years experience in field security.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in security consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and service multiple executive protection assignments as full case manager.
• Maintain and expand a network of partners across the Caribbean.
• Develop and maintain client contacts.
• Commercially manage subcontractors and the sub-practice area.
• Attend meetings with clients and write proposals and reports.
• Lead recruitment drives for embedded consultants.
• Delivery of high-risk environment training.
