A U.S.-based sales organization for IT companies is seeking a motivated Sales Trainer to develop and manage sales training programs for Managed Service Providers. Job Title: Sales Trainer

Applicants: Remote (Candidates preferred from Latin America or Nearshore regions)
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Weekends Off)
Compensation: $1,600 USD per month

Job Summary

The Sales Trainer plays a key role in developing, implementing, and managing sales training programs for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role involves designing engaging content, leading virtual training sessions, and ensuring that sales representatives are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

We are looking for a motivated professional with strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and experience in IT sales or the MSP space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives within the IT and MSP industry
  • Conduct virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams and other online platforms
  • Create engaging, clear, and educational training materials
  • Adapt quickly to new processes, technologies, and strategies
  • Collaborate with management to improve training outcomes and sales performance
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to trainees
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT sales or within the Managed Services industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creative approach to training design and delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
