About the Role

Join our Higher Education Sales team and play a pivotal role in connecting world-class academic content with educators across the globe.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Higher Education (HE) sales team as we continue to expand. Our team specialises in selling advanced-level and graduate textbooks and courseware across a diverse range of disciplines—including Classics, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Political Science, and Linguistics.

In this role, you will play a key part in helping our experienced sales professionals connect with educators and institutions, ensuring we meet their needs with the right academic resources.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer data in our CRM and other sales systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry.

Provide direct support to our Higher Education sales representatives working in the field.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather and share product information.

Participate in internal meetings held in the US and UK, and take on additional duties as needed.

Assist faculty members with inquiries, product requests, and troubleshooting support.

Support faculty with access to instructor materials and resources.

Send timely follow-up emails to faculty to ensure continued engagement.

Work with editorial teams and authors to manage leads and respond to specific requests.

Collaborate with colleagues across global teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

About You

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in English and Spanish—written and oral.

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

Detail-oriented.

Comfortable working with databases and research.

Flexible approach to work.

Understanding of the customer.

Good time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills.

BA / BS or equivalent work experience.
