A global fintech company is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join its team in Mexico. This role involves driving revenue growth in LATAM by identifying and closing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include lead generation, conducting market research, and managing the sales cycle. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of B2B sales experience in the financial industry, strong negotiation skills, and is proficient in CRM tools. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential, with English (B2+) as the team language.

Job Opportunity : Sales Manager - LATAM (FinTech, Crypto Getaway & Processing).

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager | Account Executive (Mid-level) to join our global team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and final signature – before transitioning clients to our Client Success team.

Project: global crypto payment gateway & processing.

Location: Mexico, Remote.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & lead generation across LATAM B2B markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target industries.
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns (cold calling, email outreach, networking).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales funnel management – qualify leads effectively to ensure long‑term fit with our solutions.
  • Track KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and win rates.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to drive improvement.
  • Maintain records in SalesForce CRM.
  • Assist with proposals, contracts, and client KYC documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B active sales experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and modern sales methodologies.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and adaptable.
  • Languages: Spanish or Portuguese (native); English (B2+ fluent).
  • Team language: English.
  • Work schedule: GMT+4 ± 1 hour.
