Elaniin is looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team.
You will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the U.S. technology market, engaging with potential clients and building strong relationships that fuel our growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads and target accounts aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting databases.
- Research companies and decision-makers to create personalized, relevant outreach.
- Build, refine, and maintain lead lists based on ICP criteria.
- Qualify prospects through structured discovery calls to assess needs, technical fit, and buying readiness.
- Document detailed qualification notes and next steps in the CRM.
- Nurture early-stage leads until they are sales-ready.
- Conduct consistent multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Execute daily activity goals and maintain high outbound volume.
- Handle objections professionally and refine messaging based on response patterns.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with well-prepared handoffs.
- Ensure prospect context, challenges, and qualification data are logged clearly in the CRM.
- Build rapport with key decision-makers across target accounts.
- Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams about prospect pain points, trends, and competitive signals.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in lead generation, BDR / SDR, or sales development within the software or IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting activity goals and generating qualified opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader sales and marketing team.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Solid understanding of outbound sales techniques, prospecting strategies, and qualification frameworks.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-activity sales environment.
- Coachable, adaptable, and open to continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical curiosity to understand markets, industries, and prospect needs.
