Join Our Team as a Bilingual Sales Representative!

Are you ready to dive into the world of luxury e-commerce and make a significant impact? The Sales team is looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative who knows how to turn leads into success stories!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Activation: Identify, qualify, and activate seller leads who are perfect for our marketplace
  • Strategic Outreach: Manage outreach with a strategic mindsetknowing when to push, listen, and guide sellers toward decisions
  • Value Communication: Clearly and confidently communicate the benefits of listing on our platform
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance outreach strategies and streamline conversion flows
  • Data Tracking: Log interactions and lead progress through HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or account activation
  • Understanding of seller behavior and effective engagement strategies
  • Confidence in handling high-value user communications via calls, emails, and messages
  • Proactive and self-starting approachyou know what to do when you see a lead
  • Bonus points for familiarity with luxury marketplaces, digital platforms, or watch resale
  • Lead Identification & Activation: Spot seller opportunities and take smart, timely action
  • Sales Mindset: Guide sellers without being overly transactional
  • Analytical Thinking: Track conversions and refine strategies based on data
  • CRM Proficiency: Working knowledge of platforms like HubSpot preferred
  • Premium Communication Style: Clear, professional, and tailored to the seller experience
  • English proficiency, written and spoken
