The role involves creating and preparing digital and print-ready artwork while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and production standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of studio production experience, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. This position requires strong project management skills and attention to detail, working collaboratively across teams to deliver timely and high-quality outcomes.

The Studio Production Artist is a detail-driven, fast-paced contributor who transforms creative concepts into production-ready assets. With deep expertise in mechanical, production, and manufacturing processes, this role supports all stages of execution—from retouching and spec development to final delivery. Known for precision, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration, the Studio Production Artist ensures creative work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time, while supporting the broader team with technical insight and hands-on problem-solving.

• Create, prepare, and edit digital and print-ready artwork across a range of media.
• Ensure alignment with original concepts and brand guidelines throughout production.
• Apply color management principles and retouch images to meet production standards.
• Resolve design and technical challenges using production expertise and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across clients with strong organizational skills.
• Estimate time and rounds accurately to support timely, budget-conscious delivery.
• Support quality control processes through methodical review and consistent execution.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite and applicable studio software to execute production tasks, while exploring emerging tools such as GenAI to enhance workflow and output.
• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in studio production design, graphic design a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other applicable studio software, with awareness of emerging tools including GenAI.
• Ability to utilize in the agency's proprietary software tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanicals, production, and print processes.
• Skilled in layout refinement, retouching, and color management.
• Effective project management with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with high personal standards for accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and ability to apply them consistently.
