A leading medical technology company based in Mexico is seeking a Customer Contract Specialist to support sales leadership and agents in contract administration. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, project management abilities, and proficiency in Excel. Enovis values collaboration and seeks someone organized and proactive in managing relationships and contracts.

Formación

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a medical device or related company.
  • Deep experience in medical device contracting, pricing, reimbursement, or related areas.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful negotiation and project management abilities.
  • Driven and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.

Responsabilidades

  • Support customer contract administration including negotiation and amendments.
  • Add new products to existing contracts to meet financial targets.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customer decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize support and execution.
  • Represent Enovis' value proposition to all customer stakeholders.
