A leading sales service provider is seeking a Bilingual Outbound Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting in a remote LATAM environment. The successful candidate will excel in cold calling and lead generation, managing the sales pipeline in CRM, and customizing proposals. The role offers an hourly salary of around USD $1,044/month along with performance-based commissions, medical stipends, and additional benefits. Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish and available for focus on the role during the initial onboarding period.

Formación

About the Role

We are hiring a Bilingual Outbound Sales Executive to focus on new business acquisition, outbound prospecting, and B2B sales growth in a remote LATAM environment. This is a hunter-focused outbound sales role centered on cold calling, lead generation, and deal closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Manage pipeline in CRM, record calls, follow-ups.
  • Customize proposals, send contracts & legal documents.
  • Follow up on proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with recruitment & HR for placements.
  • Report daily activity & results.
Qualifications
  • Fluent English & Spanish.
  • 2–5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
  • Proven cold calling experience.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot desirable).
  • Quiet workspace + reliable internet.

  • Hourly rate equivalent to USD $1044/month (based on 174 hrs/month).
  • Commissions: Approx $2800 if targets are met.
