A leading accounting firm is seeking an Accounting Specialist to cover maternity leave with potential for permanent placement. In this role, you will implement ERP (Netsuite Oracle), manage accounting records, and produce monthly financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5–7 years of related experience, and proficiency in accounting software. Formación

• 5-7 years of bookkeeping experience is required.
• Understanding of ERP systems is a plus.
• Must be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly expense analysis.
• Segregate the payment log on a monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for various transactions.

Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles

Proven experience with ERP systems

Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office tools

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Knowledge of accounting practices

Proficiency in accounting software

Ability to prepare financial statements

Knowledge of taxes

Knowledge of electronic banking

Experience in bookkeeping roles (5–7 years)

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Public Accountant)
