A leading hospitality brand is seeking a Quality Distribution Analyst to join their E-Commerce team in Cancún, Quintana Roo. The role involves data collection and reporting to aid business decision-making. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in quality assurance within travel or e-commerce and be bilingual in Spanish and English. Proficiency in Microsoft 360, Excel, and Power BI is necessary. This is a vital position to enhance Hyatt’s ongoing growth and hospitality offerings.

Formación

  • 3+ years in QA, preferably with travel industry or e-commerce experience.

The Role

This role focuses on collecting, processing, and interpreting data to uncover actionable insights, creating clear reports that support business decision-making, and facilitating data-driven strategies.

  • Data collection & analysis: Gather data from multiple sources, clean it, and analyze trends or patterns.
  • Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Problem‑Solving: Identify issues or inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Work with teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Understands the correct internal system setup (Rates, Availability, and Inventory)
  • Understands the workflows for website structures and booking engine integrations that deliver seamless experiences across digital and direct sales channels.
  • Collaborate and lead cross‑training with teams, including the Call Center team and Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties.
Experience Required
  • 3+ years in QA, travel industry experience, preferably in areas of e‑commerce, sales, or related field (Direct Channel experience preferred).
Experience Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Spanish and English languages required
  • Excellent PC literacy
  • QA tools (Microsoft 360, Experience in data modeling and analysis using Excel and Power BI)
  • Knowledge of Property Management System PMS, Inssist, or Opera, optional but preferred.
