We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project and Programme Management

Role Purpose:

Trade Floor Voice BAU SME: Real Time Comms (RTC) is responsible for leading the global domain responsible for design, engineering, support, operational management and end-to-end business management for the entire Trade Floor infrastructure within the region for HSBC. These include commercial voice turret; private cable and related services; media recording services and calls related to commercial floor infrastructure.

Main Activities:
  • Drive / support programme delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
  • Assisting business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Capabilities, Features, Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co‑ordination
  • Drive / support the use of Agile methodologies within Technology teams (mainly for Scrum, Kanban) in line with corresponding transformation/agile frameworks at the bank
  • Supporting of senior Project / Programme managers across all stages of the initiative lifecycle to deliver larger / more complex / high priority Programmes & Projects
  • Lead / support definition of staffing / resourcing, responsibilities and schedules
  • Lead / support the establishment of effective programme controls and procedures
  • Drive / support the adoption of HSBC standards and work in alignment with Change framework at all times.
  • Manage / support the development and promotion of the technology portfolio and project management practices
  • English language written, speaking and listening 80%
Mandatory:
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills as the job role involves interaction with multiple stakeholders.
  • Should be aware of ITIL & Agile processes
  • Expert knowledge on Virtualization: VMWare, Microsoft
  • Knowledge of AD group policies
  • Monitoring and Reporting
  • ITIL Process knowledge (Problem, Incident, Change Management)
  • Ensuring we adhere to customer & SLA commitments
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
  • Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members
  • Citrix XenApp 7.x, XenDesktop 7.x and NetScaler.
  • Should have expertise on Appsense, and PowerShell scripting
  • Should be aware of ITIL & Agile processes
  • English and Spanish Language – To manage tickets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Qualifications Required:
    • Knowledge on Banking business solutions
    • Knowledge on Payments business solutions
    • Knowkedge on Cards business solutions
    • Knowledge in the following tools: Clarity, JIRA, GPDM, Project Management tooling
