A leading medical manufacturing company in Tijuana is seeking a Program/Project Manager to develop and implement project plans, coordinating effectively with stakeholders. The candidate should have at least 3 years of project management experience, an Engineering Bachelor's degree, and advanced English skills. The role includes frequent travel and requires a valid US Visa. This position is vital for ensuring product development aligns with industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Formación

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, schedules, resources, and budgets. Communicate project objectives, detailed plans and expectations to team members, stakeholders and contractors. Establish KPIs to monitor and track project progress and its report. Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of NPI’s and smooth transfer of products. Deliverables project information, documentation and training materials to internal manufacturing stakeholders and peers, entering into the QMS or appropriate system. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance. Facilitate regular project meetings to review status, resolve issues, and update stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.

Qualifications

• Engineering Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Program/Project Manager
• English advanced
• New product introduction and change management (development, industrialization, or similar)
• Understanding of test, industrial engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, product/process transferences, and new process introduction.
• US Visa
• Availability to travel
• Proven experience working in a medical manufacturing environment
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
