Una empresa de servicios profesionales global en Ciudad de México busca un Program/Project Management Lead para liderar proyectos de software y gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios. Se requieren más de 8 años de experiencia, certificación PMI y habilidades excepcionales en comunicación, gestión de riesgos y liderazgo. Esta posición es híbrida y ofrece la oportunidad de impactar en proyectos estratégicos para importantes clientes.

Formación

• Mínimo de 8 años gestionando proyectos de desarrollo de software.
• Capacidad comprobada para liderar y coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Conocimiento sólido y experiencia práctica en el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software (SDLC).
• Familiaridad con conceptos fundamentales de seguros.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar la entrega general de un programa o proyecto para lograr resultados comerciales.
• Definir el alcance del proyecto y monitorear la ejecución de los entregables.
• Comunicar a través de múltiples partes interesadas para gestionar expectativas y resultados.
• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de gestión de proyectos para asegurar la entrega exitosa.

Client & Project:

We are seeking for a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'PMO Service'.

Responsibilities

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders regularly
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

Qualifications

• Project Management Certifications: PMI or Agile methodologies.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years managing software development projects.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Strong understanding and hands‑on experience.
• Executive Communication: Excellent ability to communicate effectively at C-Level.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship‑building capabilities with both technical and business teams.
• Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and experience with JIRA.
• Risk & Issue Management: Intermediate‑level expertise in identifying and managing risks and issues.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of infrastructure and architecture concepts.
• Insurance Industry: Familiarity with fundamental insurance concepts.
• Language Skills: Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Additional Competencies: Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in dynamic environments.
