An international automotive supplier is seeking a Process Specialist III in Apaseo el Grande, Mexico. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate has a university degree and 2–3 years of experience in process engineering or advanced manufacturing environments. Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in process engineering or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience with process-specific production equipment qualification.
• Ability to analyze process failures and lead improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define specifications and support supplier selection for production equipment.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to meet performance KPIs.
• Train users and support global knowledge sharing on process standards.

YOUR TASKS

🎯 Job Objective :

Play a key role in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of special production processes, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and compliance with Hella standards and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define specifications and support supplier selection for process‑specific production equipment.
• Qualify new processes and technologies for upcoming products.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to meet performance KPIs.
• Analyze process failures and lead improvement initiatives.
• Train users and support global knowledge sharing on process standards (PFMEA, DfM).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

🛠️ Preferred Experience in :

Press‑fit / pin insertion (Tyco, Harmontronics, or similar)

• Panel process with Schunk equipment
• Ultrasonic welding & riveting (Herrmann)
• Leak testing methods and tools

🎓 Profile

University degree + 2–3 years of experience in process engineering or advanced manufacturing environments.
