Are you looking for the opportunity to create substantial impact on business profitability through reduction of business wastes in operations, then Network Losses (NL) reduction role is that opportunity. The scope of impact spans across RoW markets focused at reduction of network losses arising from Shrinkage, Damage, Concessions or combination of these within operations across supply chain and in close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers (FC)/transportation Operations, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Security & Loss Prevention (SL&P), Products, Customer Service (CS) and Resolutions CX (RCX) business partners.

This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous and technical environment. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of driving, process fixes and strategic initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate is motivated, optimistic and agile; with strong time management skills.

Key job responsibilities
  • Develop deep understanding and hands‑on experience of operational processes across supply chain.
  • Deep dive and analyze operational data to arrive at root causes for losses – invent or replicate solutions to those root causes and track impact.
  • Improve operational processes by standardizing metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses.
  • Drive product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses – 5+ years of Operations / process improvement, hands‑on waste reduction experience.
  • Use data and metrics to determine and drive improvements in operations; existing knowledge or ability to learn analytical tools will be helpful.
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English C1+.
  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
