A global technology leader is seeking a Principal Solution Architect in Torreón, Mexico. This role will involve providing strategic guidance and designing comprehensive service solutions in global environments. Candidates should have over 7 years of relevant experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess a strategic mindset. Formación

  • 7+ years in Contract Management, SOW, Professional Services, or IT Services operations.
  • Experience in Managed Services for PCs, OEM environments, or reseller organizations.
  • Proven ability to design cost-effective service solutions in global environments.

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Principal Solution Architect to join our team. This role is critical in shaping and delivering outcome-based services for our global customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design Guidance:
    • Provide strategic guidance to GEO-based organizations on designing, calculating, and delivering outcome-based services.
    • Adapt solutions to market conditions and align with Lenovo’s portfolio strategy.
    • Support strategic deals leveraging deep knowledge and experience.
  • Service Development Integration:
    • Validate and integrate new service products into solutions, ensuring operational readiness and training across the Solution Architect community.
    • Develop contractual structures and delivery solutions on a global scale.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, Lenovo Services delivery, and partners to design comprehensive, creative, and cost-effective service solutions within Device as a Service (DaaS) and Managed Service models.
    • Facilitate workshops with customers to scope requirements and ensure alignment.
  • End-to-End Process Design:
    • Create solutions that integrate logistics, deployment, IMAC services, and financial flows.
    • Communicate variations and impacts across stakeholders, including service providers, customers, and Lenovo teams.
  • Governance Documentation:
    • Contribute to customer presentations, deal qualification reviews, and solution reviews with key stakeholders.
    • Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and negotiate with customers and partners to ensure clear documentation and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Contract Management, Statements of Work (SOW), Professional Services, Project Management, or IT Services operations.
  • Preferred: Direct experience in Managed Services for PCs, OEM environments, or reseller organizations with multi-country deployment capabilities.
  • Background in consumption-based sales (SaaS, DaaS, Cloud Services).
  • Global account management experience with multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to design comprehensive, cost-effective service solutions in global environments, integrating logistics, deployment, IMAC services, and financial flows.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
