This remote role in the PST timezone involves managing workflow and communication between teams and vendors. We're looking for a talented individual to facilitate the seamless transfer of design files, ensuring effective communication between our design services vendor and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • File Transfer Management: Handle the efficient transfer of design files between the vendor and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Facilitate the review of design files by the sales team and customers, submitting revision notes back to the vendor for adjustments.
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and the design services vendor, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Workflow Coordination: Transfer files to the design and production teams, managing the workflow to meet processing timelines.
  • Administrative Organization: Maintain strong organizational skills in handling administrative tasks related to design file transfers and communication.
Requirements
  • Medium to high-level spoken English proficiency for internal company conversations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Google Suite.
  • Experience with company-specific order systems, vendor user interfaces, and file transfer processes.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in graphic design or pre-production roles.
  • Strong accountability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
