Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalog leveraging the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process, ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfillment for the Sales population.

Your Impact

As Payroll Inputs Analyst - US, your functions would include:

  • Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Sales.
  • Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfillment of requirements.
  • Capture information in payroll systems.
  • Ensure payroll meets operational controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies, and regulations.
  • Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery.
  • Responsible for proper escalation for daily resolution issues.
  • Deliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs.
  • Maintain communication and support with local functional teams.
  • Consolidate and document process deliverables for audit preparation.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Related Field.

Experience

  • Experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes (desirable).
  • Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and proactively communicate throughout the process.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
