Formación

Join Toyota of Hollywood! We’re seeking candidates with prior automotive dealership experience in parts counter, retail, or wholesale to provide exceptional service in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and sell vehicle parts and accessories to customers over the counter, through the shop, and on the phone, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage wholesale accounts by taking orders, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for dealerships and repair shops.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting parts and services to support their business needs.
• Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
• Pull and fill orders from stock, verifying accuracy and inventory levels.
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Required: Prior automotive dealership parts experience is required, with at least 1 year of experience as a Parts Advisor, Counter Sales, or in Wholesale.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Shifts & Availability

• Opening Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Closing Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Off Days: One weekday off plus Sundays off (Parts Department is closed on Sundays)

Compensation

• The estimated hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00.
