Operations Executive Assistant

We're hiring a proactive Operations Executive Assistant to support the Operations team with high-level administrative and operational tasks. You'll help keep daily operations running smoothly by managing schedules, tracking tasks, coordinating travel, supporting procurement follow-ups, and maintaining documentation. While primarily administrative, this role offers exposure to procurement and logistics coordination while supporting multiple stakeholders.

Job Details

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT

Alignment with Central Time is required

Salary & Benefits

Payroll (Nómina): 19, ,000 MXN / month

Direct Contractor: 24, ,000 MXN / month

Final offer based on experience, technical proficiency, and interview performance
