The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify and SAP Business One, excellent Excel skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing product listings, processing orders, and performing basic customer service tasks. This is a full-time role aligned with US Eastern Time hours.

Our client, a wholesale and e-commerce company in the footwear and apparel space, is hiring an Online Admin to support their daily operations. This role will focus on managing their Shopify store, processing online orders, and maintaining accurate product data in SAP Business One.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings on Shopify (titles, descriptions, SKUs, variants, images, categories)
• Format and crop product images to match website standards
• Process daily online orders and prepare them for shipping
• Work with ShippingEasy or similar shipping platforms
• Enter and maintain product, order, and inventory data in SAP Business One
• Support basic administrative and customer service tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Shopify (product uploads, editing listings, SKUs, variants, images)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (item setup, data entry, basic navigation)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data (imports, exports, templates)
• Basic image editing skills (cropping, resizing, formatting in Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)
• Experience with shipping tools such as ShippingEasy or ShipStation is a plus
• Very detail-oriented and organized, able to follow clear processes
• Based in Latin America and available to work full-time during US Eastern Time hours (9:00–5:00 or 9:30–5:30)
