A leading consulting firm in Mexico is seeking a OneStream Architect to lead design and implementation of OneStream solutions. This role requires strong expertise in EPM and a passion for mentorship and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in consulting and a deep understanding of finance and technology integrations, contributing to the growth of the firm's EPM practice.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in EPM / CPM consulting, with at least 3 years focused on OneStream.
• Deep understanding of OneStream architecture and data integration.
• Experience leading implementation teams.

As a OneStream Architect, you’ll serve as the strategic and technical lead on OneStream implementations, guiding design decisions, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable solutions for clients across industries. You’ll collaborate with finance and technology teams to translate business needs into high-performing, maintainable OneStream environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of OneStream solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Partner with client stakeholders to define business requirements, technical design, and implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee configuration, data integration, and workflow development in OneStream.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and solution governance across projects.
• Mentor junior consultants and serve as a subject matter expert within the firm.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including scoping, solution design, and proposal support.
• Help define and evolve internal methodologies, templates, and accelerators for OneStream delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction as the firm continues to scale its EPM and OneStream practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EPM / CPM consulting, with at least 3 years focused on OneStream design and delivery.
• Deep understanding of OneStream architecture, data integration, workflows, and extensibility framework.
• Strong finance and accounting acumen, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Experience leading implementation teams or serving as a solution lead.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for developing others and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
