We are seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team. This role is essential in organizing, delivering, and evaluating high‑quality training programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of our diverse workforce. The Specialist will independently manage and drive the delivery of complex training initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of various employee populations across the organization. In addition to program delivery, the Learning Delivery Specialist will support the administrative needs of training courses, collaborating closely with both regional and global teams. Occasional travel may be required to facilitate training sessions and engage with participants directly. This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the Mexico City office.
