Formación

• 5+ years of site supervision experience in high-security or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing crews during limited hour conditions.
• Strong written communication and safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nightly supervision of construction works and verify adherence to protocols.
• Monitor subcontractors under limited visibility and ensure quality.
• Prepare detailed handover reports for day teams.

Conocimientos

Site supervision experience

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Strong safety awareness

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Educación

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related
