A leading technology company in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an experienced MRP Buyer in the Procurement/Supply Chain Logistics field. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, be proficient in SAP and advanced Excel, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. Responsibilities include creation and validation of purchase orders, communication with suppliers, and leading the purchasing portion of new projects. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain logistics.
• Experienced in using analytical tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to expedite materials and manage supplier relations.

Responsabilidades

• Create and validate purchase orders with proper documentation.
• Establish and maintain communication with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Lead purchasing for new projects until components are deployed into production.

Essential Job Functions

• Creation/validation of purchase orders with supporting documentation
• Establish communication with suppliers, following up on delivery status including coordination and tracking of shipments
• Expedite urgent materials in case of any discrepancy, variation of demand, vendor delays, etc.
• Reconcile supplier invoice discrepancies and execution
• Gap analysis comprehension, detection and, execution
• Lead the purchasing portion of new projects, owning the component until is fully deployed into production

• BS/BA in related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in the position
• Experienced in SAP, Excel (advanced), Microsoft Office
