A leading engineering technology firm in Nuevo León is seeking a marketing professional to drive sales pipeline growth. In this in-office role, you will generate leads through integrated campaigns and collaborate with sales to accelerate deals. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in marketing or sales, a background in engineering, and is fluent in Spanish and English. You will work with advanced tools and have clear performance goals tied to pipeline quotas.

Represent cutting-edge engineering tech—energy, structure, and results.

What You'll Do :
  • Generate qualified leads through integrated campaigns
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach and amplify brand presence
  • Plan and run customer-facing events across Mexico
  • Collaborate with sales to target key accounts and accelerate deals
  • Manage CRM workflows and use MarTech tools to track performance
  • Report weekly on pipeline impact and campaign results
What You Bring :
  • 5+ years in marketing, sales, or pre-sales roles
  • Engineering interest or background—you're excited about tech
  • Outgoing and confident in customer interactions and events
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and data-driven
  • Experience with marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Bachelor's in marketing, engineering, or analytics-focused field
  • Fluent Spanish and strong English
  • Willingness to travel ~20% across Mexico
  • Location : Parque Stiva Aeropuerto, Apodaca, Nuevo León
