Formación

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance positions as an analyst or senior analyst.
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced English communication and professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent are preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Supports in setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
  • Assists with external financial audits and corporate tax returns.

Purpose of the Role:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in business forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring, by providing analysis and insight into decision-making in operational, financial and strategic matters.

Responsibilities
  • Manages financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Creates variance analysis reports and financial models
  • Leads real-time financial performance monitoring
  • Prepares P&L for RFP to solicit bids from potential vendors
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes and leads automation initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy
  • Serves as the primary liaison between Sales and FP&A, ensuring alignment on financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Prepare Customer P&L showcasing performance of individual customers/products
  • Support the FP&A team to prepare Forecast and Budget (Vegetables and Fruit Divisions)
  • CAPEX analysis and preparation
  • Escalates financial issues to management
  • Supports in setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
  • Presents regular financial reports to management
  • Manages assigned projects and initiatives as needed
Education & Experience
  • 4-year College Degree (Accounting, Finance or similar) from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance positions as an analyst or senior analyst
Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI (DAX functions) dashboard creation and maintenance

Responsibilities (for the Financial Specialist role)

  • Perform monthly general ledger accounting activities and assist the Finance Controller with controlling activities, processes, and audits for the assigned entity
  • Communicate progress during closing periods and resolve issues related to the general ledger
  • Work closely with the Finance Controller in the Shared Services Center
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in compliance with IFRS within deadlines
  • Prepare and enter manual journal entries and tax provisions
  • Upload Trial Balance to consolidation tool (SAP-BPC) and reconcile with ERP
  • Prepare reconciliations and resolve reconciling differences
  • Ensure timely reporting required by Central Finance functions
  • Support corporate filings and annual local financial statements
  • Assist with external financial audits and corporate tax returns
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controlling, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP, BlackLine, and BPC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication in English and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
