• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance.

Perfil buscado

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in automotive and metalworking manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance management, leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong hands‑on leadership style - visible on the floor, capable of diagnosing and solving technical issues directly.
• Solid technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Demonstrated experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs, TPM, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in plant start‑ups, turnarounds, or operational recovery projects.
• Ability to develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Effective team development skills, capable of building technical strength and accountability within the group.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with production and engineering teams.
• English proficiency (intermediate to advanced level).
