Perfil buscado
A successful Maintenance Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive and metalworking manufacturing environments.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance management, leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong hands‑on leadership style - visible on the floor, capable of diagnosing and solving technical issues directly.
- Solid technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- Demonstrated experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs, TPM, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in plant start‑ups, turnarounds, or operational recovery projects.
- Ability to develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Effective team development skills, capable of building technical strength and accountability within the group.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with production and engineering teams.
- English proficiency (intermediate to advanced level).
