Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, transportation or customer service.
• Familiarity with PBI (preferred).

About the role

Responsible for all activities related to solid shipments from all external warehouses in North America and or local sites, to include order printing, scheduling, Transfer Ordering, vendor complaint processing, system communication problem solving and monthly inventory reconciliations, outbound and inbound paperwork and process flows.

Key responsibilities include

• Responsible for integrity of shipping schedule, all activities related to these external shipments.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for delivery notes and certificates of analysis, posting and problem solving on all orders.
• Responsible for outside warehouse postings and follow through as well as reconciliation at the warehouse level.
• Perform local liaison function between Customer Service, Corporate Transport and warehouse on all orders.
• Receptions and Inventory problem solving.
• Help with resolution of complaints for each warehouse.
• Daily reporting on shortages and open order reports.

About you

• Bachelors in international business, industrial engineering or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience in supply chain fields such as transportation, import/export, warehousing, customer service.
• Computer skills, Word, Excel, Windows Environment and Google.
• Communication with a team and external teams in the network.
• PBI (desired).
