Job Summary

We are seeking a LinkedIn Messaging & Marketing Assistant to help manage LinkedIn messaging strategies and support our client in marketing tasks.

You will be responsible for initiating and following up on LinkedIn conversations using a structured framework, identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and assisting with other marketing tasks like drafting responses and newsletters using internally built ChatGPT prompts.

Key Responsibilities

• Open conversations with potential leads using a pre-built messaging framework.
• Follow up with leads and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Verify whether contacts match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and add qualified leads to the pipeline.
• Assist with creating first drafts of reporter responses, newsletters, and other marketing content using internally developed ChatGPT prompts.
• Ensure key marketing tasks are completed while the client focuses on higher ROI activities.

Qualifications

• English Proficiency: Upper intermediate (B2 level) or higher.
• Experience: Prior experience with LinkedIn outreach or marketing is a plus, but not required as tasks are easily teachable.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) is preferred.
• Time Zone: Ability to work within 1-2 hours of Central Timezone.
• Quick Learner: Able to pick up new frameworks and tools quickly.

Performance Expectations

• Successfully manage and follow up on LinkedIn conversations.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
• Complete marketing tasks in a timely manner.
