A leading financial services company in Tijuana seeks a Lead Sales Representative to identify and engage potential customers. This role entails generating leads, following up with clients, and maintaining the lead database. Ideal candidates will have prior sales experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Formación

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

The Lead Sales Representative plays an important role in identifying potential customers or clients for our organization.

The person in this role will be in charge of searching for potential clients in areas where we do not have presence, while working with the sales team to improve the quality of the clients who work with us.

They are responsible for generating leads, qualifying them and managing them through the sales process.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Keep records of lead interactions and follow up on Leads.
  • Responsible for "hunting" (Calling) clients and businesses in white space.
  • Provide regular follow up with Business Development Executives and Regional Managers.

Report on lead status on a weekly basis.

  • Assist as a backup for the Business Solutions team.
  • Ensure to keep the lead database updated.
Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent is required
  • Previous Sales and customer service experience
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite, (e.g. Worked, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Must have great communication and analytical Skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Working Conditions
  • This position will report to the office on a daily basis.

General office working conditions, and weekend availability.

Occasional travel (foreign and domestic) is required.
