A leading sports brand is seeking a Lead, Training Brand Marketing for Latin America to inspire the next generation through training. This role demands significant experience in brand strategy and marketing, particularly focused on teen athletes in Mexico. Ideal candidates will have a passion for sports and profound knowledge of training environments such as strength, yoga, and more. This position will drive cross-functional collaboration and elevate brand storytelling across various marketing platforms and community connections.
Sport is evolving, and so is the way we tell its story. As Lead, Training Brand Marketing Latam you’ll shape how Nike connects with athletes, communities, and culture -bringing training to life in a way that inspires the next generation.
You will partner with our Latam marketing partners to bring a distinct Nike training POV to the territories. You will lead Mexico grassroots programming throughout the city to connect, push and inspire our training teen athletes.
You will work with Geo and functional partners to drive a robust plan for Mexico and continually build new consumer experiences that accelerate the brand and business growth opportunities internally and externally.
You will champion our Latam consumer, specifically our training teen athlete and regularly share insights to teams in Mexico and APLA.

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead Training Brand Marketing efforts in Mexico and Latin America. The ideal candidate should have an unrivaled understanding and deep passion for the training environment, with expertise spanning across strength, hit, barre, yoga, pilates as well as understanding the gym and studio landscape. This candidate should be a consumer obsessed marketer, a team-first collaborator, energy-giving partner, and brand innovator with an openness to learn.
Qualified candidates should have experience leading brand strategy, orchestrating cross-channel marketing plans and navigating partnerships. Should posses a comprehensive understanding of the multi-sports calendar and display sharp insights into the interest and motivations of the latin teen athlete. A keen awareness of nuances and intricacies of the Mexico training scene is essential, alongside the ability to lead multiple projects across a matrixed organization. While bringing in key partners and influencers to build authentic experiences for our consumers.

In this role you will report directly into the Running & Training Brand Director. The role partners with Brand Marketing, Communications Teams, APLA Marketing, Sportsmarketing, Brand Creative, Integrated Media and External Partners (Creators, Agencies, Platforms).
