Job Objective:

• To oversee all leads submitted by the fronters, making sure the leads are submitted correctly in order to qualify as a valid lead before moving forward.
• Lead Managers not only validate the lead a fronter generates and send at the moment feedback to the fronter, they also have direct insight on how the agent acts/sounds during the call, if they have a pattern (positive or negative) and how they can improve it.
