A leading technology firm is looking for a Technical Trainer to conduct both online and on-site training across LATAM. Responsibilities include preparing Spanish technical documentation and providing daily maintenance and troubleshooting support. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in technical service, fluent in Spanish and English, and a technical background in engineering. The position involves frequent travel across Latin America for training and audits.

Formación

  • Minimum 5 years in technical service, field support, or technical training.
  • Must have strong knowledge of complex repair methods and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English are required.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Technical Training: Conduct online and on-site technical training for LATAM service providers and clients.
  2. Spanish Documentation: Prepare all Spanish technical materials (Service Manuals, BOMs, FAQs) for product launches.
  3. Daily Tech Support: Provide daily maintenance guidance and remote troubleshooting support to local service providers.
  4. Quality Supervision: Supervise service providers' repair quality and conduct regular after-sales system audits.
  5. Cross-department Support: Collaborate with Sales and Call Center teams to provide technical support for key accounts and customers.
  6. HQ Reporting: Report front-line technical issues and market quality data to Headquarters regularly.
  7. KPI Monitoring: Track service KPIs and failure data to improve regional after-sales performance.
  8. Product Improvement: Feedback product defects to R&D and Quality departments to drive product upgrades.
  9. Video Tutorials: Create and review Spanish product repair/disassembly videos and technical scripts.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical service, field support, or technical training, ideally with Home Appliances, Electronics, or Robotics.
  2. Education: Technical background (Engineering degree preferred).
  3. Languages (MANDATORY): Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written). Portuguese is a plus.
  4. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, complex repair methods, and troubleshooting. Experience with smart/IoT devices is helpful.
  5. Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently (30-50%) across Latin America for training and audits
