Manage and supervise work activities to ensure they are conducted harmoniously and in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Internal Work Regulations, and Company Policies and Standards. Develop programs and methods to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and the HR department.
