Your Impact

As IT BRM Director, you will be a strategic partner to senior business leaders, shaping technology investments that directly impact patient care and business performance. This is a highly visible role with influence at the executive table.

You will:

• Act as the primary IT interface with executive and senior business leaders, participating in strategic and investment decisions.
• Identify, prioritize, and lead technology initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Drive digital transformation, process optimization, and change management.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, value-driven technology solutions.
• Define and track KPIs and value metrics to measure business impact.
• Partner with global IT teams, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure successful execution.
• Support project delivery, remove roadblocks, and enable organizational adoption.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in technology-enabled business roles (BRM, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation).
• Proven track record managing technology innovation and transformation projects.
• Strong ability to bridge business and technology, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience reporting to global leadership and working with enterprise reporting tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presence.
• High resilience, adaptability, and tolerance for ambiguity.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Continuous learner with strong curiosity and business mindset.
