Formación

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding : Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding processes.
  • Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration : Manage payroll processes and assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Employee Support : Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Coordination : Organize and coordinate employee events and initiatives to promote engagement and a positive work environment.
  • Policy Development : Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations : Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Attendance and Leave Management : Administer and track employee time-off requests and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Documentation Management : Oversee HR documentation, including employment contracts, policy manuals, and other related documents.
  • HR Systems Management : Manage HR-related software systems, ensuring data accuracy and resolving system-related issues.
  • Expense and Budget Tracking : Monitor HR-related expenses and assist in managing departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR support role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
