A leading technology company in Mexico is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive operational excellence within a creative studio. This role involves managing budget planning and forecasting, providing analytical support for projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and 4-7 years of experience in budget management within marketing or creative environments, emphasizing strong analytical and communication skills.
The Operations Project manager’s primary responsibility is driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance throughout the budget management lifecycle—from forecasting to reconciliation—for HP’s internal creative studio. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of financial processes, enabling the delivery of global campaigns and new product launches. In addition, this role will support critical onboarding activities related to agency partner studio needs. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely operations.
Driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance throughout the budget management lifecycle for HP’s internal creative studio.
Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.
